01What Cold Cart is — and isn't

Cold Cart is a decision-support tool. It helps you pause before an online purchase by holding saved items for a 48-hour cool-down.

Cold Cart is not a shop. We don't sell products, process payments, hold inventory, ship anything, or act as a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. Any purchase you make happens entirely on the retailer's own site, under their terms.

02Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old — or older where the laws of your country require a higher minimum age — to use Cold Cart.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

03Your content

The links, notes, and photos you add stay yours. You grant us only the limited technical permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the app can function. We claim no ownership of it and won't use it for anything beyond running the service.

04Product information

Cold Cart automatically reads details — like price, title, and image — from the retailer's public product page. This information can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong, and prices change constantly.

Always confirm the current price and details on the retailer's own site before you buy. Cold Cart is not responsible for any discrepancy between what the app shows and the retailer's actual listing.

05Affiliate links

Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. This never affects the price you pay or how the app works. This mirrors the disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

06Acceptable use

When using Cold Cart, you agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to save prohibited content.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Scrape, resell, or misuse the service or the data of other users.
Impersonate others or misuse the app in a way that harms Cold Cart or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

07"As is" & liability

Cold Cart is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted product information will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which, for a free app, is zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including purchasing decisions you make.

08Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. Cold Cart is operated by an individual developer, who is the legal operator of the service.
